How quickly are drivers dispatched?

Through the use of our driver mobile app, Airspace Technologies dispatches a service partner or Commander under 2 minutes on average. This is the time from when a customer confirms that the order is ready to when an expert operations member dispatches a driver. 
Can I customize what updates I receive?

Can I customize what updates I receive?

Airspace Technologies' proprietary software allows for clients to fully customize which stakeholders will receive updates. Additionally, you can distinguish what milestone updates that stakeholders receive.

It is a simple process to drive with Airspace Technologies as an Independent Contractor. Signup in our driver portal. We will then provide you the appropriate forms and give you specialized instructions based on your certifications.

Industry Terminology

Shipper
The person/company that is sending the shipment.
Consignee
The person/company that is receiving the shipment.
Forwarder
The company (Airspace Technologies) hired to move the shipment.
AOG
AOG stands for Aircraft on Ground. It is a term used primarily in the Aviation or Aerospace industry.
MRO
MRO stands for Maintenance Repair and Overhaul. It is used primarily in the Aviation or Aerospace industry.
NFO
NFO stands for Next Flight Out. The service entails getting the shipment delivered as fast as possible.
HazMat/DG
HazMat stands for Hazardous Materials and DG stands for Dangerous Goods. These shipments require specific protocols.
Priority Service
Priority Service is the highest service level offered by airlines. Every airline has their own priority service offerings.
Biological
Biological shipments are the goods being delivered are of human or animal origin.
